Our Firm Overview

Based in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on the banks of the Mississippi River, the lawyers of CBPW have been serving the people of Missouri and Southern Illinois since 1953. While we are located in Southeast Missouri, the firm practices regularly in all courts from St. Louis City to Dunklin County near the Arkansas state line. The firm’s business litigation, big truck crash and products liability practice extends throughout Missouri and throughout the nation.

At CBPW, we have a statewide and national practice. We have litigated cases from Kansas City to Cape Girardeau and from Arizona to Philadelphia. We are at home in the federal courts, the Courts of Appeals and the state court systems.
